Out of Control Debt Collectors
Drowning in debt and struggling to get by in the current economy is hard enough. Being hounded by debt collectors, who decided to automate their practice, for debts you do not owe is outrageous. Bankruptcy law can provide fast and effective relief to immediately stop these types of harassing actions. Once you file for bankruptcy the Court issue an order, called an “Automatic Stay” that ends any contact between you and a debt collector. Dinner time phone calls stop. Law suits stop. Wage garnishments stop. Threats of repossession stop. Debt relief with dignity and a fresh financial start. If someone you know has been harassed by these collectors contact our office at 508-222-0700 or emailing us at [email protected].
