Fees are generally on an hourly rate basis with contingency fees used when appropriate. During the initial interview we consider it essential to discuss and resolve firm compensation so that each client has a full understanding of the anticipated fees arrangement and costs before work begins. Written fee agreements are required in larger cases and in all accident/contingency fee cases.

Initial consultations are offered at no charge so that cases can be evaluated and matters discussed.
